Anuva Terms and Conditions of Purchases for Goods and Services
- I.Wine Tastings in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- All wine tasting reservations in Buenos Aires must be made with a valid credit card. An authorization for the full amount of the wine tasting for each party will be done at the moment of reservation. A non-refundable deposit for 46 u$s or 20% of the value of the wine tasting, whichever is larger, will be collected at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance will be collected via the same credit card 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
- Cancellations must be done a minimum of 72 hours in advance to avoid further charges.
- If the reservation is cancelled with less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, we will keep the non-refundable deposit, with the option to reschedule the tasting for other date.
- Anuva Wines will make every reasonable effort to reschedule wine tastings in order to avoid cancellations but cannot guarantee availability.
- If the cancellation is done with less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, we will charge the full amount for group.

- II.Wine Tasting U.S.A.
- All wine tasting reservations made for private events in the U.S. must be prepaid in advance with a valid credit card. The charge is 59 dollars plus sales tax plus shipping charges in all states where shipping service is available (see list) except for New York where the price is 99 dollars plus sales tax plus shipping.
- Sales tax varies by state as do shipping charges.
- Hosts/wine tasting planners must leave a minimum of 7 business days prior to the scheduled event for shipping.
- Each host will be sent 5 bottles of wine to be used for the wine tasting.
- A hospitality bottle will also be sent to the host for their own use.
- All wines shipped will be at the discretion of Anuva Wines. Anuva will consult with host preferences as to which wines to use but actual wines used will depend on inventory available.
- Hosts will provide glassware and food combinations.
- Anuva will consult on food combinations but will not purchase, ship, transport or prepare and food used during the wine tasting.
- By clicking .Confirm Tasting. you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
- III.For All Direct Wine Delivery in the U.S. including wine club, in home tastings and case or bottle orders:
- By filling out the date of birth field you affirm that you are 21 years old and of legal age to consume and/or purchase alcohol in the U.S., that you are using your real and true legal name and are not buying alcohol on behalf of any minor.
- Anuva Wines. affiliates will only ship wine to states in the United States where the practice of direct shipping is legally permissible. See our list of places we ship.
- Packages are normally delivered between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. For this reason we highly recommend that you use a shipping address at a place of business or where someone is home during the day to avoid missed deliveries as an adult signature is required by law.
- Customers purchasing wine for direct delivery agree to ensure receipt of any and all packages purchase.
- Failed delivery: UPS or other affiliate carriers that Anuva and its affiliates use will make 3 attempts to deliver to a given address. After this, the package(s) will go to a local warehouse where they will be available for pickup for 5 days. If the package is not picked up by the recipient within this time, it will be returned to the Anuva warehouse at the cost of the recipient.

- Undeliverable shipments will be either reshipped at the expense of the client, or restocked and refunded less applicable shipping and handling fees.

Taxes will be applied as required by your local and state laws. Shipping and handling charges will apply.

Wine and wine club purchases can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours after it is purchased with no penalty. Undamaged wine can be returned up to 30 days after it has shipped for an 85% refund as long as it is in the same condition as when initially shipped. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. In case of cancellations of wine orders, and in case of cancelation of memberships before 1 year, any free wine given must either be returned at the customer’s expense or the customer will be charged the full retail price of those bottles. This includes but is not exclusive to 10+2 discounts and free bottles with wine club memberships and prepaid memberships. For postponed shipping orders (charged but not shipped) there is a $25 reversal charge.
- IV.Wine Club.

- Anuva Wines reserves the right to select and/or modify any existing shipments of wine based on inventory.

Free bottles do not include shipping. The 1st month free and 2nd month free only apply for 1 year memberships. In case of cancellation before the year, those free bottles must either be returned at the customer’s expense or the customer will be charged the full retail price for those.

Prepaid memberships will be automatically transfer to month to month membership and will be paid by shipment, except the client notifies their wish to cancel or suspend the Club.
