		<description>Morcillas are really great indeed! And it&#039;s not weird that some people like them even cold. I don&#039;t, but most of my family eat them cold. I prefer morcillas hot and I put the &quot;inside&quot; (I don&#039;t eat the skin, but some do) on a bread. That&#039;s really great! I know that when you hear they&#039;re made of blood, you&#039;re kind of disgusted, but they are really tasty!</description>
