Getting around in Buenos Aires is easy, as a metro (called the subte), trains, a far-reaching bus system, and taxis connect the city together.  Taxis are fairly inexpensive. The starting fair is $4.60 Argentine pesos ($1.18 U.S. dollars) and then increases at increments of $0.46 ARG ($0.12 USD). The subte fair is $1.10 ARG ($0.28 USD) and bus fairs range from $1.10 ARG ($0.28 USD) to $1.30 ARG ($0.33 USD)
