6/750ml Mairena Bonarda 2005 We used to have a blackberry bush in my backyard and summertime meant going out there with a big bucket to fill up to make pies. The slightly hard yet still sweet blackberries very accurately coincide with the black fruit yet tannic nature of this wine. Chocolaty-sweet smoke aroma, or is it a more burnt sugar-caramel?
